Rental Rates & Information
The cottage will sleep 8-10 comfortably, the weekly rental rate remains the
same for 1 person or 8 people.
The cottage is available for rental between the following dates:
May 1st through October 31st
 | Early Season (May 1st to May 31st)
$600.00 per week

| Prime Season (June 1st to August 31st)
$850.00 per week
|
| Late Season (September 1st to October 31st)
$700.00 per week |
Check-in/Check-out times
| Check-in : 2:00 to 3:00 pm |
| Check-out: 10:00 to 11:00 am |
Payment Options
| Check or cash, Sorry no credit cards. |
| A deposit of 50% of the weekly cost is required to reserve your
reservation time. |
Cancellation/Refunds of deposits
| If it necessary to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded
upon filling the time slot you reserved, if the time slot cannot be filled you
will forfeit your deposit. |
